Anicca means impermanence.

Impermanence makes us aware of the fact that everything is changing in every moment.

Since 'life' is subject to this constant change, the possibility arises to change ourselves.

My vision is a world where we can be compassionate, peaceful and respectful of ourselves

and being able to live with other people, living beings and our nature.
I am convinced this starts with ourselves, within.
